In preparation for Launch 2 of Workday Student, instructor eligibility by course subject will now be updated in Workday for future academic terms (2024W onwards).
Following Launch 1 of Workday Student on October 4, 2023, incoming support requests are being addressed through Hypercare as quickly as possible, and it has been identified that many requests are related to access provisioning*.
The transition to Workday Student is one of the most significant changes to date for UBC, with impacts to staff, faculty, and students. Workday Student is being launched in phases.
