We want to hear from you! Readiness Survey #2

Have you taken 15 minutes to complete the second readiness survey? If not, you can access the survey at https://ubc.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_095VDEoD6rcYGDX. The deadline for responses is Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

As we get closer to implementing the new HR and Finance systems in April 2020, we are seeking additional feedback through a second readiness survey. Earlier this year we asked you to share your thoughts on the program and UBC’s readiness for this change. For those who completed the first survey, you may recognize the questions. Although you may have shared feedback earlier this year, we are asking you to once again share your thoughts and help us measure progress since the first survey. Thank you to all those who took the time to share their comments. For those who did not complete the first survey, we hope you will provide feedback on this important program. Your response is essential in improving how UBC manages this change, at both a departmental and organizational level.

On behalf of the program sponsors, we are committed to listening to your input. We will also run further surveys prior to April so we can continue to make adjustments as needed to support a successful implementation.
