A Summary
What's changing?
- Transfer credit tab will only appear if a student has transfer credit on their record
- General transfer credit (eg. 3 credits of BIOL 1st) can be used in Workday as a pre-requisite for a course
- Post-secondary rules will now be configured within the Admissions solution, while transfer credit for courses a student takes through exchange or letter of permission during their time at UBC will be assigned manually into Workday. High school courses will use test scores
What's staying the same?
- Can still be used to satisfy pre-requisite courses if mapping/exclusion exists
Launch 1 or 2?
- Launch 01 (October 2023) - Rules and assessment in Admissions
- Launch 02 (February 2024) - Matriculation into Workday
