What’s changing?
- New systems that will be used:
• Workday
• TouchNet
• Appian - Workday Calculation Engine will replace our current QuickRules
- TouchNet will replace ePayment
- Appian will be used for storing and generating historical tax forms within the last 7 years
- Workday will be used to access tax forms from 2024 onwards
What's staying the same?
- Students will see their financial summary with outstanding balances and charges similar to the current state
Launch 1 or 2?
- Launch 02 (February 2024) - although the final data conversion of student financial data will take place at the end of August 2024 for the Winter session
