A Summary

What’s changing?  

  • New systems that will be used: 
    • Workday 
    • TouchNet 
    • Appian 
  • Workday Calculation Engine will replace our current QuickRules 
  • TouchNet will replace ePayment  
  • Appian will be used for storing and generating historical tax forms within the last 7 years 
  • Workday will be used to access tax forms from 2024 onwards 

What's staying the same?  

  • Students will see their financial summary with outstanding balances and charges similar to the current state 

Launch 1 or 2? 

  • Launch 02 (February 2024) - although the final data conversion of student financial data will take place at the end of August 2024 for the Winter session

  • Enrolment Services, specifically Student Financial Management staff 
  • UBC Students (Undergrad & Grad)
