Assessment Outcomes

A Snapshot

A Summary

What’s changing?

  • Grades will not be entered directly into Workday but instead into an external application and then integrated into Workday
  • All courses must have a grade or standing submitted:
Some new course standings are being proposed to the Senate Academic Policy Committees to ensure there are no blank grades
  • Changes to how requests for this grading scheme will be made and monitored:
Students will still need to request to take a course for Cr/D/F and the approval process will be manual
At the time of the request an advisor will need to ensure that the student is eligible to take a course under Cr/D/F based on their program and, if so, has not exceeded the maximum credits allowed under this grading option
Once approved, the student’s record will need to be monitored to be sure that the Cr/D/F grade is applied to elective requirements
