Assessment Outcomes
A Snapshot
A Summary
What’s changing?
- Grades will not be entered directly into Workday but instead into an external application and then integrated into Workday
- All courses must have a grade or standing submitted:
• Some new course standings are being proposed to the Senate Academic Policy Committees to ensure there are no blank grades - Changes to how requests for this grading scheme will be made and monitored:
• Students will still need to request to take a course for Cr/D/F and the approval process will be manual
• At the time of the request an advisor will need to ensure that the student is eligible to take a course under Cr/D/F based on their program and, if so, has not exceeded the maximum credits allowed under this grading option
• Once approved, the student’s record will need to be monitored to be sure that the Cr/D/F grade is applied to elective requirements
