Key Term
- Program Completion: Synonymous with "graduation". This label is used in various contexts in Workday. E.g., graduation application is labelled "Program Completion Application" in Workday

Graduation FAQs
Q: Are there limits on what can and cannot be accommodated with Graduation classification including electives?
Workday Student will be able to accommodate the current class standing names that are awarded to students upon their graduation and printed on their diplomas. Customization of the diplomas is up to UBC so we'll have room for current and additional names if needed. If there is a new class standing that the program wants to introduce, it needs to be approved by the Senate and recorded in the UBC Academic Calendar program-specific entry.
