Admissions FAQs

Will graduate admissions functions be included in the IRP Student project?

It is not in the scope of IRP Student to replace eVision, but the Ecosystem Delivery team will address graduate admissions integrations, including reviewing the current related functionalities of admissions and exploring opportunities for improvements.

What role will the current customer relationship management (CRM) solution, which focuses on undergraduate recruitment and admissions, play when IRP Student is implemented?

Replacing the CRM functionality is not in the scope of the IRP Student project. Workday and the admissions solution will need to integrate and work very closely with the CRM. As the IRP Student teams review the design of the student ecosystem, the process by which information flows between these applications will be monitored to ensure that all work needed to continue operations is identified and completed.

What will happen with the admissions transfer table currently in the SISC?

The current Admissions transfer credit table in the SISC will no longer be in the Admissions solution. However, staff will be able to do transfer credit searches in the transfer credit search tool via this search tool
