Update – Course Schedule Website - Standard Timetable Information Available

The Course Schedule website courses.students.ubc.ca has been partially restored. Standard Timetables are now available for planning purposes.

What is the Issue?

Since the Course Schedule website was published on May 21 there have been ongoing issues with the Search functionality and stability of course data. 

Who is Impacted? 

Students, staff, and faculty seeking course schedule information.

What is the impact?

Standard Timetable Information: Standard Timetables are now available for planning purposes. Registration in courses that are a part of a Standard Timetable will occur in Workday.
Course Scheduling and Registration: Please log in to Workday to find course schedule information for 2024W. All course planning and registration will be done in Workday, not through the courses.students.ubc.ca site. More course information will be available on this site in the near future.
