What is the Issue?
Appian applications are experiencing slow performance due to a backend server issue.
Who is Impacted?
Anyone using an Appian application. Impacted applications include Exam Management, Affiliate Student Management, Student Communications, Official Documents Management, Final Grades Submission, Learner Financial Support and Standard Time Table Management.
What is the impact?
Appian applications are running slower than usual and processes are taking longer to complete. This is causing longer times for queued emails to students to be sent, and for documents to be downloaded or made available.
What is the status?
UBC has contacted Appian and is expecting the issue to be resolved shortly.
