For a limited number of students who are also workers, emails from the Student Communications Tool are being sent to students’ worker profile email address instead of the student profile email address the student has provided in Workday.
What is the Issue?
For a limited number of students who are also workers, the personal email address in Workday is not being mapped to the student email address in Person Hub Repository (PHUB).
Who is Impacted?
Some students (less than 5 to date).
Student support staff using the Student Communications tool to send information to students.
What is the impact?
Impacted students may not be aware of information being provided by UBC including details of upcoming Registration appointments and any data quality issues with their Workday record.
What is the status?
