Resolved. Confirmation of Enrolment Letters for 2024-25 Winter are not generating correctly. See "Status" section for June 5 update.

What is the Issue?

Data in Confirmation of Enrolment Letters is not producing anticipated results.

Who is Impacted?

Students who have already registered in Workday, including Graduate Students, for the upcoming 2024-25 Winter Session.  

Enrolment Services Staff viewing Confirmation of Enrolment letters in the Official Document Solution.

What is the impact?

Students - unable to generate Confirmation of Enrolment Letters for 2024-25 Winter Session; students can continue to request Confirmation of Enrolment Letters for 2024 Summer and prior sessions through the Student Service Centre (SSC).

What is the status?

June 14 Update – issue is now resolved.
