Issue affecting Waitlist Course Opening Notification: Missing Buttons If Browser Zoom Exceeds 100%

July 8, 2024

If the web browser zoom is above 100%, the Waitlist Course Opening Notification for students may be missing key buttons.

What is the Issue?

If a student has their web browser zoom above 100%, the Waitlist Course Opening Notifications may not display the required buttons. As a result, students might not see the sections to select or the submit button, leaving them unsure how to accept the offered seats

Who is Impacted?

Students with Course Opening Notifications

What is the impact?

Students - may not understand how to complete their registration and contact staff and advisors for assistance.

Staff and advisors – may need to assist impacted students by informing the student to check their browser zoom and adjust to 100%

What is the status?

There is no fix planned. Workaround is to inform students to check their browser zoom and adjust to 100%.
