Student first names are not displayed correctly on statements when viewed and/or downloaded by students from Workday.
What is the Issue?
When students view and/or print their Account statements the student’s first name is incorrectly displayed as ‘Null’. Statements generated by staff users display the correct student's name.
Students who encounter issues printing their statements are being directed to contact their Enrolment Services Advisor (ESA) and UBCO Student Services Advising SSA l to print statements on their behalf.
Who is Impacted?
Students and staff viewing and printing Account Statements in Workday.
What is the impact?
Students - unable to view correct information, unable to print their own statements; require assistance from ESA/SSAs.
Staff - ESA and SSAs staff assisting students to print statements until issue is resolved.
What is the status?
