Issue affecting Search Results in Admissions Administrative Portal (AAP)

May 2, 2024

IssueSearch results and bulk processes limited to 250 items.

What is the Issue?

When a user batch processes search results in the AAP, they are limited to 250 records at a time.

Who is Impacted?

Faculty Advisors and Undergraduate Admissions AAP users.

What is the impact?

Inability to process large data sets from search results causes increased manual work for Admissions staff and Faculty Advisors. Staff must create individual batches of 250 records at a time for action. This manual process requires additional time to process records and complete bulk tasks.

What is the status?

Root cause identified and the teams are aware of the impact of this limitation on workload for Admissions staff and Faculty Advising offices. This is a known limitation of AAP and the teams are working to enhance functionality to increase the maximum number of Search results that can be returned. Resolution date not yet available. Additional information will be shared here once details are available.
