Issue: Duplicate Acceptance Deposit payments are being posted to student records in Workday Student.

What is the Issue?

Due to an issue with data integrations from the Admission Administrative Portal (AAP) system to Workday Student, when select students are matriculated to Workday Student, their Acceptance Deposit Payment is duplicating.

Who is Impacted?

  • To date, 349 student records in Workday are incorrectly showing duplicate Acceptance Deposit payments.

What is the impact?

  • Incorrect student balances on affected student records (approximately 349).
  • Incorrect ledgers in Workday.
  • Students are not yet provisioned with access to Workday Student; individual students will not see incorrect payment data in their Workday Student record.

What is the status?

  • Resolved – permanent fix implemented March 26.
  • Duplicate payments for 349 student records have been cancelled in Workday Student and the ledgers are now correct.

Additional details

This item is not impacting what is displaying in the Admissions Portal. Duplicate payments were not charged to students and students would not see the duplicate payments.
