We are pleased to announce that Lani McGill will be joining the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) as of January 4, 2021 as the new HR Product Manager. In this role, Lani will lead the functional HR team within the ISC and will be responsible for ensuring user needs related to HR are identified and actioned within ISC products and services.
Lani joined UBC in 2012 as part of the Central HR Advisory Services team, and in 2018 joined the Integrated Renewal Program as the Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Lead. As part of this role, Lani has been hands-on in the future design of HR Business Processes as well as ongoing community engagement to help prepare UBC the transition to Workday. UBC community members may have heard Lani's voice through an HR call-in session or broadcast community event.
In her spare time Lani is often found outdoors looking for her next adventure. With limited travel options this year, she has spent her spare time exploring BC’s hidden gems closer to home.
