Tell us about your experience with IRP Student by December 8, 2022 

We are inviting all UBC staff and faculty members to participate in the Integrated Renewal Program ‒ Student (IRP Student) Institutional Readiness Assessment (IRA) survey to provide insight into your experience with IRP Student to date. This baseline information will help inform upcoming activities as we move into 2023.

Background Information 

IRP Student will transform the way UBC supports learning and research with the creation of a critical foundation for a modern educational experience at UBC by delivering a renewed, reliable and secure student information system – Workday Student. Starting October 2023, some SIS users will begin using Workday Student, with the remaining users making the move early 2024. Transitioning to new systems and ways of working can be hard. IRP Student is dedicated to supporting our community members through this academic and organizational transition with various activities to prepare you for this change.  

Two future iterations of this survey will occur in the coming year to measure progress on our efforts to help prepare the UBC community and capture changes in readiness levels. This survey is being distributed through a number of channels. If you have received an individual link to participate, we encourage you to respond to that survey link and disregard this survey, in order to avoid duplicate entries  

Your privacy matters

Your survey results will be kept confidential. They are collected and will be protected, in accordance with the terms of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Results of the survey will be reported in statistically aggregated form only, without identifying individual respondents.
