Instructors, Teaching Assistants and Administrators logging into the Final Grade Submission Tool for the first time may result in an error message that says access is not available.
What is the Issue?
At the time of the first login a synchronization occurs between Workday and Appian (which supports this tool). This synchronization can take 15 to 60 minutes to complete.
Who is Impacted?
Anyone who uses the Final Grade Submission Tool (such as instructors).
What is the impact?
If users receive the error “access is not available” when logging into the Final Grade Submission Tool, please wait 60 minutes and try logging in again. Logging in again at a later time will resolve the error.
