Staff are encountering issues when attempting to gain access to the Admissions Administrative Portal (AAP).
For Windows users:
1. Ensure you are logged into UBC VPN if you’re off campus.
2. Open a browser and clear your cache (hold down CTRL + F5).
3. Type in admissions.ubc.ca
For Mac users:
1. Ensure you are logged into UBC VPN if you’re off campus.
2. Open a browser and clear your cache. If you are using Chrome, hold down CMD+Shift-R or Shift+Reload. If you are using Safari, hold down Option+CMD+E.
3. Type in admissions.ubc.ca
If you are receiving a Whitelabel Error Page (see below image) when attempting to access the AAP, then you likely do not have permission to access the AAP. To solve this, please submit a support request through the UBC Self Service Portal requesting access to AAP.
