The Integrated Renewal Program – Student (IRP Student) hosts community events across both campuses to help UBC community members increase their understanding of the changes that will come with the launch of Workday Student. As events are scheduled, they are posted here for registration and announced to the community. Launch 2 of Workday Student began on February 26, 2024. Launch 2 focuses on capabilities that support students to study, advance, and graduate from UBC. The following resources can be used to familiarize yourself with Launch 2 of Workday Student:

Launch 1 of Workday Student took place on October 4, 2023. Launch 1 focuses on the systems that admit undergraduate students to UBC and prepare for the 2024 Winter session. Launch 2, in February 2024, will include capabilities that support students to study, advance, and graduate from UBC.
