The Student Completion project was approved by the UBC Board of Governors to complete the scope that was originally part of IRP Student but was not completed for practical reasons, or due to the maturity of the Workday Student product. Student Completion will be staffed by people from IRP Student to ensure critical expertise is retained and to help realize UBC's investment in Workday.

August 2024 - roles and structure shared/communicated
September 2024 - begin process to document and obtain approval for detailed scope (through UBC governance)
December 1, 2024 - Student Completion kicks off
January 2027 - Estimated end of Student Completion

Detailed Completion planning workshops with IRP Student leadership begin in late September/early October
Student Completion is approximately 1/3 the size of IRP Student
There is no net new scope in Student Completion
