Transition & Beyond - SIS Transition

UBC will fully transition from SIS to WD as of September 1. Access to front-facing applications that utilize SIS, such as SISC, FSC and SSC, and others will cease for most. SIS will still be available for read-only purposes for a limited time for some staff and faculty members only.​

  • August 20 - 29 - Financial transaction freeze in SIS ​
  • September 1 - End of access to SSC for Students. Read-only access for SSC and FSC for staff and faculty​
Key Messages
  • UBC is transitioning completely to Workday Student on September 1​
  • Availability and access to SISC, FSC, MSC, SCMC, CBM, and Degree Navigator will cease September 1 for most Faculty and Staff, and SSC for all Students.​
  • Limited number of Faculty and Staff will be provided access to SIS data post September 1 for a limited time. Contact Enrolment Services for support.
