Info about access to Workday Student

The IRP Student team is encouraged at the high level of interest in gaining access to Workday. As a reminder, access to Workday Student is determined by the Enrolment Services team based on launched Workday L1 capabilities. Staff and faculty with Security Roles for Launch 1 capabilities, primarily Enrolment Services staff and some other staff in Faculties and Departments that support course scheduling, are able to access Workday Student tasks and reports at this point.

Since Launch 1 on October 4, 2023, new access requests have been received from faculty and staff not originally identified for access provisioning in Launch 1. We are in the process of understanding the reasons behind these access provisioning issues. To streamline our response to these inquiries, Enrolment Services and support teams are working diligently to rectify access issues as quickly as possible. We will provide more information about the new access request process in the next week.
