Meet the Workday Learning Rovers!

Meet the Workday Learning Rovers!

June 10, 2020

The Workday Learning Rovers have joined the Integrated Renewal Program team and are ready to hit the ground running. Learning Rovers are full-time co-op students who will provide Workday support to faculties and units across UBCV and UBCO, before and during go-live.

The Rovers will work with the IRP OCM team, as well as Transition Network members, to prepare the UBC community for Workday with training and passing on knowledge, as well as tips and tricks for adapting to the new business processes. Look for the Learning Rover in your faculty or unit soon!

Learning Rovers will be able to help you by:

  • Answering questions related to Workday and what will be changing compared to the current applications that you use.
  • Providing a step-by-step walkthrough for basic Workday processes for employees and managers
  • Sharing information you need to know from the IRP

We caught up with the rovers to learn what they are most looking forward to during their time at the IRP, along with some fun facts about them.
