Issue affecting High School courses without grades in the Admissions Administrative Portal (AAP)

High school courses in progress (without grades) are not transferring from the AAP to Workday Student.

What is the Issue?

High school courses added to the high school record/transcript in APP that do not have an interim or final grade are not transferring to the student’s record in Workday.

Who is Impacted?

Winter 2024 applicants with high school courses in progress without an interim grade.

What is the impact?

May impact registration prerequisites and Winter 2024 registration for affected student records.

What is the status?
